The team delivers high-quality construction and maintenance solutions across diverse commercial environments and is seeking a skilled Construction Site Superintendent with strong technical expertise to oversee and manage operations.

Position Summary

The Superintendent will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and maintenance projects from start to finish. This role requires hands-on experience in commercial construction or facilities management, with in-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive leader who can drive timelines, manage teams, and solve technical challenges confidently. This position is structured as a 6–12 month engagement , with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and maintenance projects through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans; ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Lead on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors while fostering collaboration and mentorship.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets; manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction or facilities maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Proven track record managing construction projects successfully.
• Background in commercial and federal contracting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 30%.
