Position Overview:

The Sales and Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our branded chicken program within convenience store delis. This position combines sales expertise with comprehensive training responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:

• Identify and engage potential convenience store partners to introduce and promote our branded chicken program.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to foster long-term partnerships.

• Training and Support:

• Conduct in-depth training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, preparation techniques, and customer service standards.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on feedback and operational assessments. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales within the convenience store or foodservice industry, with a focus on deli operations.
• Strong understanding of fried chicken preparation and deli operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales and training.
