Seeking compassionate Instructional Aides to provide 1:1 academic, behavioral, and social support within structured school settings. These per diem roles offer flexibility with shifts based on school coverage needs, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students while accommodating your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by teachers and school staff
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years old
• TB test per district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and effective team player
