Competitive pay with room for growth based on skill level Job Details Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD models
Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance
Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code) as needed
Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality standards are met
Conduct routine machine maintenance and identify issues proactively
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
