Raw Material (RM) Administrator (Korean Bilingual)

About the Role:

A growing logistics company is hiring a full-time Raw Material (RM) Administrator to support raw material operations at its facility in Cartersville, GA. This role is essential in managing inventory control, warehouse coordination, and data entry related to inbound and outbound materials using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse or logistics environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily planning and operations with the Raw Material Factory Operations Manager.
  

• Perform WMS (Warehouse Management System) functions including:
  

  • Goods Receipt (G/R)
    

  • Goods Issue (G/I)
    

  • Stock Transfer Orders (STO)
    

  • Returns and put-away processes
    

• Schedule and coordinate shuttle transportation between factory and external warehouses.
  

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials for quality and accuracy.
  

• Organize and store inventory according to warehouse procedures.
  

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track product movement in the system.
  

• Assist with routine inventory cycle counts and physical audits.
  

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  

• Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience (MHE equipment experience preferred).
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

• Detail-oriented and organized.
  

• Bilingual in Korean and English
