Overview
Kingline Equipment is seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Technician to join our team in Nashville, GA. This position involves mobile repair and maintenance of agricultural and construction equipment, with a focus on quality diagnostics, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mobile repair and general maintenance on agricultural and construction equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently using proper troubleshooting methods.
• Utilize electronic service tools and manufacturer resources.
• Complete and submit accurate work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck and assist in shop cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and handle service concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a like trade.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for diagnostics.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agricultural or construction equipment.
• Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and systems.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Work Expectations:

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Participate in weekly reviews of service trends, comebacks, and updates.
• Continue developing technical knowledge through training.
