Overview:

FixtPT Physical Therapy and Wellness is a leading provider of physical therapy and wellness services in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our physical therapists to various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming requests for physical therapy services from clients and healthcare providers

- Schedule appointments for physical therapists based on availability and client needs

- Communicate with physical therapists to ensure timely arrival at scheduled appointments

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduled appointments and therapist availability

- Monitor and track therapist progress and location throughout the day

- Handle any schedule changes or cancellations and communicate updates to clients and therapists

- Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Maintain a professional and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a dispatch or scheduling role preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in computer skills and experience with scheduling software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of physical therapy terminology and procedures is a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
