As a vital member of our GDOT Statewide Utilities Coordination team, you’ll be recognized as an industry thought leader and will contribute as a top thought leader worldwide. You’ll proactively identify and solve the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business.
At Jacobs you’ll participate in the development of our business strategy. You’ll also lead multidisciplinary project or initiatives. You’ll lead our largest projects/initiatives that have a significant impact upon on business.

Here's what you'll need
• High School Diploma or GED. Skill in use of computers (i.e., Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet)
• Demonstrated ability to understand and apply information provided in technical manuals and written or verbal instructions.
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills to individuals and groups.
• Demonstrated ability to solve practical statistical and mathematical problems.
• Demonstrated ability to learn federal and state utilities guidelines in coordination with Utilities Companies
• Demonstrates a high level of initiative and self-management in performing tasks independently.
• Sets priorities, determines objectives and evaluates progress against goals.
• Accepts instructions and guidance from superiors and seeks guidance when appropriate.
• One years of work experience in customer service
• Treats others with respect and courtesy.
• Dedicated to providing quality customer service.
• Uses available technology and software packages such as spreadsheets, graphics and database software to work more efficiently.
• Responds positively and adapts work methods to changing information and conditions, and unexpected obstacles.
• Review plans and estimates to evaluate compliance with guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Shall be licensed to operate motor vehicles in accordance with Georgia Law.
Posted Salary Range: Minimum
72,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
78,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $78,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
