Receptionist
What We Offer:
- $13.00 per hour
- First Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Professional office environment
- High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate rates and percentages
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply common sense understanding in standardized situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, and Fishbowl
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous when interacting with customers
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Resolve service concerns by clarifying customer complaints and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Support the Parts & Shipping department and assist other departments as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
