Outpatient Therapist (Licensed)

Avant Tech is hiring Licensed Therapist on behalf of a trusted mental health client dedicated to improving access to compassionate, evidence-based care. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in environments that value authenticity, humor, creativity, and empathy while building deep, impactful client relationships.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy using a range of evidence-based and creative interventions.
• Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes in a timely, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal clinical staff, case managers, and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain a steady caseload (25+ weekly sessions for full-time, 15+ for part-time).
• Attend supervision, training, and clinical meetings as required.
• Perform additional duties aligned with clinical and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling , Psychology , Social Work , or a related behavioral science.
• Active full clinical license in Georgia: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish appropriate clinical boundaries and maintain professional rapport.
• Competence with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record ( EHR ) systems.
• Insurance credentialing is preferred but not required.
