Financial Clearance Pre Cert Counselor - Heart & Vascular

Description:

Contributes to the effective management of the department manges, plans and controls the workflow to complete the precert function inherent in the overall patient experience

Effective verbal and written communication for interaction with departmental employees, other department managers, patients and families, and physician offices

Good physical and mental health required

Must be able to work under stressful and mentally demanding conditions

Education/Experience:

High school or equivalent work experience, CPAR preferred

Previous work experience with the public for a minimum of 3 years

One year of front line customer service

One year of computer

Experience with Soarian financial and medical insurance preferred
