Position: RN-MedSurg (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia — earn up to ($1590 - $1674 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Support a culture of accountability and teamwork.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.

• Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and self-improvement.

• Demonstrated accountability and commitment to achieving performance targets.

• Experience in MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient care.

• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.

• Experience in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and patient education.

• Proficiency in monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.

• Willingness to engage in feedback and self-assessment for improvement.

• Ability to utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
