In a Production Matting Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling premium rubber and foam matting designed for commercial and residential gyms.

• Operating production tools and light machinery to trim, finish, and inspect flooring products.

• Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure every mat meets custom thickness, dimensions, and durability specifications.

• Packaging finished products securely for staging and shipment.

• Maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient workstation.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate physical measurements.

• Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.

• Dependable attendance and a strong, team-focused work ethic.

• Prior experience in matting, rubber, plastic, or assembly manufacturing is a plus, but not required!
