Key Responsibilities:

• Act as second-in-command to the Site Manager; run the location in their absence.
• Assist with banking, cash handling, and daily deposits.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure smooth, consistent operations when the Site Manager is off-site.
• Help drive sales, membership growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain site standards.

Compensation & Perks:
