Machine Operator (Kennesaw)
TRC Talent is looking for a Press Brake / Machine Operator for our client in Kennesaw, GA!
Job Summary:
The Press Brake / Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay rate: $20/hr+ BOE
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines according to job specifications and blueprints
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and measurement tools
- Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job
- Perform machine adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts
- Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Maintain production output while minimizing scrap and rework
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience operating press brake or similar machinery preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to work with measurements
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed
- Experience with CNC press brake machines
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes
- Forklift certification (if applicable)
