We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times clearly to guests.
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
