Remote Booking Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and detail-driven Remote Booking Coordinator to support clients by managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every booking is handled with precision from start to finish. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in delivering a seamless and professional client experience by overseeing confirmations, tracking details, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and booking updates
- Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide clear updates

- Review booking details carefully to prevent errors or omissions
- Track documentation and maintain organized digital records
- Follow established workflows and processes to maintain service standards
- Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented client support
