Job Description: Seronda Network We are seeking an organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who demonstrates exemplary communication skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms
• Maintain the organization of the reception area and office supplies
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
