Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year in a K-12 school district in Georgia. This role involves delivering speech and language therapy services across multiple school buildings, primarily serving elementary students with some older students in self-contained classrooms. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals and state/federal regulations
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students
• Develop individualized therapy plans and implement targeted interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional expertise and insights
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
• Facilitate generalization of communication skills in various settings

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Georgia SLP License or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows with strong pediatric experience will be considered
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a district-wide caseload servicing multiple sites
• Additional consideration for candidates proficient in dual languages

Location: Services cover multiple school buildings throughout the district in Georgia.
