Facilities Management company seeking an Account Manager to oversee supervisors, custodians and floor technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and Leadership : Manage and lead a diverse team of supervisors, custodians, and floor technicians, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the facility.
• Scheduling and Planning : Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the building are consistently clean and well-maintained.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for custodians and floor techs to enhance their skills and knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Budget Management : Oversee the budget for labor, cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining the quality of materials.
• Client Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact between the facility and the facilities management team, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction with services provided.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations, implementing necessary procedures to maintain a safe environment for all building occupants.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities management swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management
