CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Chambers -ranked Construction Practice Group in Atlanta . This is an exciting opportunity for a construction attorney interested in negotiating contracts and dispute resolution for some of the largest real estate development projects in the nation.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in Georgia , in good standing.
- 3–4 years of substantive experience in construction infrastructure , project development , or real estate .
- Transactional background is strongly preferred .
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple complex transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Thrives in a collaborative team setting, while also showing initiative and independence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent real estate developers in contract negotiations for projects including airports, sports stadiums, hospitals, high-rise construction, energy infrastructure, and related developments.
- Advise clients on dispute resolution related to construction infrastructure, project development, and real estate issues.
- Provide strategic support throughout all phases of real estate development and construction .
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys on transactional, project management, and litigation matters for construction projects.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $250,000 – $275,000 , commensurate with experience.
