Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and initiatives within the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all ongoing projects

- Coordinate with various departments and team members to ensure project goals are met

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues

- Conduct regular project meetings and communicate project updates to all stakeholders

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure project deliverables are met

- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within budget

- Ensure all projects comply with company policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients

- Provide leadership and support to project team members

- Conduct project evaluations and create reports for management

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in project management software and tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
