Bar Julian Lead Server
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have physical stamina to lift 50lbs.
- Experience and a thorough understanding of dining and event services.
- Must be willing to work in other areas of food and beverage operations
- Must be available to train, when new hires are scheduled

- Must display full menu, food, beverage (Liquor, wine, beer & NA Bev), allergen and product knowledge
- Be able to pass and assist in deployment of nightly menu exams to colleagues
- Must understand and model Miraval's policies, including Time & Attendance, uniform and grooming, cell phone, dignity and respect, etc.
- Must have open availability
- Qualifications and responsibilities may change or vary without notice at anytime, as business requires.
- Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.
- Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
- Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print).
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
