Parks guests' vehicles and/or assists guest with luggage. keeps premises of hotel building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests courteously and enthusiastically to hotel.
- Open door to vehicles, assist guests with luggage and guide guests to check-in.
- Assist guests taking luggage to room and once in room provide guests with information on room details.
- On check-out assist guests with taking luggage to vehicles.
- Park and retrieve vehicles.
- Obey all federal, state, and local traffic laws.
- Engage in conversation with guests in order to be source of local information.
- Ensure that all HLC policies, in regard to vehicles are enforced.
- Provide security for guests by following procedures as outlined in the HLC safety and security manual.
- Keep arrival area clean and well maintained.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Front Desk Manager or Property Manager.

Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must be 21 years of age. Must hold a valid driver's license. Your Motor Vehicle Record will be reviewed and submitted for insurance coverage; cannot have more than one moving violation and no major traffic violations. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You may also be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. This job is open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED and is a good fit for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience. You need basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
