What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

• Leading a crew through landscape installations and property maintenance
• Setting the standard for quality, pace, and professionalism on every job
• Communicating clearly with your crew and reporting to company leadership
• Preparing job sites, tools, and materials and keeping operations running smoothly
• Identifying and solving problems before they become bigger issues
• Coaching and developing the people around you
• Operating and overseeing safe use of equipment
• This is hands-on leadership. You're in the field, not the office.

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$26/hour – Team Leader, based on experience
• Paid Time Off + 6 Paid Holidays

Basic Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to Tiger, GA
• Experience leading or directing others in a field or trades environment
• Landscaping, grounds, or related outdoor work experience
• Equipment operation
• Crew or leadership experience
