Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service. - Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and food quality. - Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance. - Control inventory, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability. - Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Maintain compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations. - Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor in quick-service or casual dining required. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. - Customer service–focused with a drive for results. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. - Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience: Experience in brands such as Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable. Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and food safety standards. Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure. Must pass a federal background check. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience: Experience in roles such as Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or General Manager with brands like Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.
