Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor in quick-service or casual dining required.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer service–focused with a drive for results.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in brands such as Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, or In-N-Out Burger is highly desirable.
