Orthodontic Financial Coordinator
Financial Treatment Coordinator – Alpharetta Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics (ACDO)

What You’ll Do:
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients and families
- Manage payment arrangements and insurance coordination
- Handle financial reporting and patient account follow-up
- Support patients in understanding their investment in their smile journey
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, top-notch experience for every patient
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in dental or orthodontic financial coordination (required)
- A friendly, professional communicator who can put patients at ease
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and practice management software — experience with Curve Practice Management is a plus!
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset — must love to have fun while getting things done!
