Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a behavioral health location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, agile, and reliable approach, working with integrity and teamwork to support daily operations and those you serve.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or behavioral health-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related issues according to post instructions.
• Support a respectful and professional environment by using de-escalation awareness, following client site protocols, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
