Sheet Metal Associate
- Pay of $18 per hour
- First Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
- Safety equipment provided
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch
- Ability to operate power tools
- Willingness to learn and grow within the department
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Forklift certification (or willingness to complete company-provided training)
- Cut sheet metal according to specifications using shears and other machinery
- Assist in operating equipment such as CNC lasers, CNC plasma machines, press brakes, and folding machines
- Load and unload materials onto worktables and machinery
- Support machine operators and learn setup and operation techniques
- Help shape metal using bending and forming equipment
- Transport materials between departments using carts or forklifts
- Use notchers and hole punch equipment to create required shapes
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing cut-resistant gloves, sleeves, and safety glasses
