What You’ll Do:Be the key point of contact between our shop, insurance companies, and customers
Write accurate and thorough damage estimates
Walk customers through the repair process with clarity and confidence
Handle all related paperwork with sharp attention to detail
Keep jobs moving with urgency and precision
Stay organized in a busy environment with multiple moving parts
Hustlers with heart – You’re driven, accountable, and want to succeed
Strong communicators – You can explain things clearly to customers and insurance reps
Quick learners – You don’t need to know it all, but you need to be hungry to learn
Organized minds – You’re not afraid of paperwork and know how to keep it tight
Collision industry or estimating experience is a plus – but not required for the right person
