**MOBIS Production Worker Duties:
**
**Consistently lift up to 50 lbs
** and assist with team lifting of 50+ lbs
Stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day as part of the assembly line and production operations
Collaborate with others to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions for recurring defects
Adhere to company safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-reduction practices
**MOBIS Production Worker Requirements:
**
Must have reliable transportation to West Point, GA
Flexibility to work overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends, as needed
Previous work experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is preferred, but not required
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
