Nanny for a Family near Paces
This family in Paces is seeking a dedicated, high-energy, and emotionally intuitive nanny to care for their two young children. The ideal candidate will be engaging, patient, and confident in supporting children with different temperaments and needs. Their son is bright, active, and requires a nanny who can help him channel his energy in positive ways while providing structure, guidance, and support with tasks such as homework and emotional regulation. Their daughter is sensitive and strong-willed, benefiting from a calm, consistent approach and a caregiver who can gently guide her through emotional moments using redirection and thoughtful discipline strategies. Both children thrive with someone who is positive, communicative, and able to balance structure with warmth.
The role includes weekday afternoon care, including school pick-ups, homework support, and maintaining consistent routines, with occasional weekend, date night, and travel support. The nanny will be responsible for preparing meals for the children, cleaning up after activities and meals, and maintaining a tidy environment related to the children. Special attention is required for dietary restrictions, including strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination. The family is looking for someone who communicates well, respects boundaries, and approaches the role with a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development are essential, with the primary focus always being the care, safety, and well-being of the children.
