24-hour call with 8 hours rounding and 16 hours out-of-house call
Average census of 26 patients
NICU Level III facility
NICU Level III procedures required
Board certification required or eligible
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
