Preschool Teachers
Summary We are seeking a nurturing, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for working with young children, creating a safe and engaging classroom environment, and supporting early childhood development through structured learning and play. Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe, loving, and structured classroom environment
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
- Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and transitions
- High School Diploma or GED required (CDA or higher preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be active throughout the day
- Must meet all Georgia Bright from the Start licensing requirements
- Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of early childhood development

- Personal paid time off of 32 hrs per year
- Mon-Fri schedule - no weekends
