Manufacturing Supervisor
- Supervise and direct the activities of the production team, ensuring that production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness within the production team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance and Quality Assurance, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Train and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve production targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using production management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
