Limitless ABA is excited to launch our Summer 2026 Camp, designed to provide a fun, structured, and supportive environment for children. Our camp blends play, social skill development, and individualized support using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Position OverviewWe are hiring enthusiastic, compassionate Summer Camp Counselors to support children in a dynamic camp setting. This role is perfect for current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or individuals interested in becoming an RBT and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

What You’ll Do- Support campers in daily activities, including games, crafts, and group routines
- Implement basic behavior strategies with guidance from supervisors
- Encourage social interaction, communication, and positive behaviors
- Assist with transitions and maintain a structured, engaging environment
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a safe and fun camp experience
- Hands-on experience in ABA and behavioral support
- Perfect entry point for those considering becoming an RBT
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals
- Opportunities after camp to train Behavior Technicians (BTs) into RBTs

Standout team members may be offered continued employment after the camp season, including support and training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Requirements: Who We’re Looking For- Current RBTs OR individuals interested in becoming an RBT
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience working with children (camp, childcare, education, or ABA preferred)
- Positive, energetic, and patient attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
