Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Kingdom Realty is a well-established Real Estate Investment Firm with over 18 years of success in the industry. We’ve completed hundreds of deals and flips and we have an active acquisitions team consistently securing 3-4 contracts per week. We are seeking a high energy Acquisitions Manager to join our A-Team!

**What You’ll Do:**

* **Engage with Leads:** Respond swiftly to distressed homeowners and initiate meaningful conversations.
* **Build Relationships:** Make outbound calls, create connections with Real Estate Agent and Home Owners
* **Convert Leads into Sales:** close deals effectively.
* **Manage Your Pipeline:** Stay organized, follow up consistently, and keep momentum with your leads.
* **Utilize CRM:** Log interactions and updates in our system to ensure accurate tracking and seamless communication.
* **Achieve Targets:** Work towards both individual and team goals to drive results and success.
* **Remote Work:** Work in virtual office with the team.

**Qualifications:**

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
* Proven success in exceeding goals in demanding situations.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
* Must have strong internet connection and computer camera.
* You must be committed to this being your primary position.

**Compensation**: $8-12 per hour with $250-$1,000 bonus for every deal closed

$1,000 sign on bonus paid out after 30 days of employment
