Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer (Automation SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cybersecurity and automation, with a strong focus on implementing and managing security solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can design, develop, and maintain automated security processes to enhance the organization's security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated security solutions to protect organizational assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor and analyze security systems to detect and respond to threats.
• Provide expertise in cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance automation efforts.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and automation.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for automation.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.

Pay Range: $45 - $53/hour on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
