HVAC Install Technician
Overview
We're hiring a skilled HVAC Install Technician to perform residential system replacements and new installations. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in clean installs, teamwork, and doing the job right the first time.
What You'll Do
Install residential HVAC systems and related components
Remove and dispose of old equipment safely
Ensure all installs meet code, manufacturer, and company standards
Work closely with other install team members
Maintain clean, professional job sites
Follow safety procedures and company installation processes
Must-Haves
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Residential HVAC installation experience
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
Nice-to-Haves
EPA 608 certification
Lead installer experience
Familiarity with ductless or high-efficiency systems
Schedule & Location
Full-time
Local residential installations
Early starts, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed
