You will remain visible, assist employees and visitors, and help promote a welcoming environment through strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.13 / Hour

DayTimeWed07:00 AM - 07:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 07:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as assigned.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence, observing site activity, and reporting unusual conditions or security-related issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
