Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation : $18.50 – $19.50 per hour Shift : Rotating 6:45am to 7:15pm or 6:45pm to 7:15amWhy you should apply to be Production Operator:

What’s a typical day as Production Operator? You’ll be:
  • Operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products according to established specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Assisting with equipment setup, quality inspections, and cleaning/maintenance of machinery.
  • Reporting production problems, troubleshooting minor issues, and notifying supervisors of maintenance needs.
  • Preparing accurate records and documentation related to work in progress.
  • Supporting cross-training and continuous learning within the department.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all sustainability and 6S program requirements.
  • Handling materials for processing, such as rackwinding, annealing, and preparing device history records.
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.

  • Can follow written instructions and complete required documentation accurately.
