Duties

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide the kind of service that consistently provides a WOW factor!
• Ensures that the party room area is maintained in a clean organized and safe condition.
• Ensures that at the close of a function and at the end of the workday the party room is cleared and securely locked.
• Is always present in room and greets guests upon arrival.
• Make our guests aware of all the OTHER great things our center has to offer! Kids Night Out, STEM Classes, Mommy & Me, etc. Promote all this awesome fun and make suggestions as appropriate
• You're friendly, detail-oriented, and, perhaps most importantly, you LOVE children!
• You're great at making people feel comfortable while monitoring the area to ensure our guests are enjoying our games safely.
• You're a diligent, proactive professional who keeps on an eye on the condition of our venue, reports any technical issues to management, and ensures that the overall party experience is pleasant, easy to enjoy, and totally fun!
• Do a sweep of all rooms to make sure they are clear of personal belongings.
• Bid farewell to the guests upon completion of each event.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Available to work various shifts (weekends, evenings)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid communication skills
• Strong team player
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Energetic & enthusiastic personality
• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
• In addition to the essential job duties stated above, the ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers, are essential functions of the job. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
