Receptionist
Job Title: Receptionist.
Company: C&H Industrial.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
Position Summary:
C&H Industrial is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a welcoming front office environment, and support daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and copying.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Office setting within an industrial facility.
- Interaction with office staff, warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and customers.
