Travel Laboratory Medical Technologist Job
- Core responsibilities: perform, review, and verify a wide range of laboratory tests on clinical specimens with high accuracy; operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated analyzers and hematology,microbiology, and chemistry platforms; manage specimen accessioning, labeling, and tracking; execute quality control and proficiency testing routines; analyze results, document findings, and communicate critical values promptly to the care team; ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards; participate in instrument validation, method verification, and adoption of new technologies; mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; collaborate closely with clinicians to support diagnostic decisions and patient care.
