Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

Department: Residential Sales

Reports To: Director of Residential Sales Operations

Location: Calhoun Distribution Center, Calhoun, GA

Summary: The sales operations specialist will help drive sales, increase TM & customer retention by providing exceptional customer service and supporting our residential sales team and leadership through the responsibilities below.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calculate TM and Agent commissions for the residential sales organization and submit to HR for payment

o Calculate and pay bonus payments as required per plan documents

o Forecast pay goal achievements as needed

o Monitor commission statements and reconcile any differences or discrepancies

o Reconciliation and provide assistance needed for Management, RSDs and TMs of any disputed differences in commission or draw

  • Maintain updated and accurate pricing schedules for customers (internal and external) and contracts as directed by the Sales Operations Manager to be in compliance with:

o Residential Strategic Account customer contract Terms & Conditions and available price increases as afforded by said terms and conditions of contract

o Customer Pricing and/or Rebate Agreements

o Price increases as passed down by Product Category leaders

o Maintain the consolidated pricing grid format for Commercial Sales Associates from information supplied by Finance's Pricing Department

  • Coordinate across multiple departments and assist with the onboarding and offboarding of residential sales associates
  • Assist with the development and coordination of residential sales meetings as required
  • Maintain, organize and audit gift card program for the residential sales team
  • Maintain, organize and audit residential email distribution lists through Outlook
  • Special reports or projects as needed

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma a minimum. Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple tracks as a leader
  • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
  • Business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting)
  • A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as staff users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
  • Meeting management and group process facilitation skills
  • Travel may be required as needed to other Mannington Mills locations, training facilities or external meeting locations

Language Skills

  • Must be able to communicate with management, sales force, and customers
  • Must be professional in telephone, email and in-person communications

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, increases/decreases, commissions, and percentages

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to determine what data to present to answer

Computer Skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Level II, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
  • SAP experience preferred
  • SFDC experience preferred
