CNC Machine Operator – Entry Level (No Experience Needed!)

Pay: $21.75 – $23.50/hr

What You’ll Do

• Operate and support CNC machining centers, including setup, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Monitor multiple machines to ensure smooth production.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and work instructions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong character, great work ethic, and a positive attitude – these matter most!
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments is a plus (but not required).
• Any prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a bonus.

This is a Contract position based out of Black Creek, GA.

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $23.25/hr.
