Vacation Planner (Remote)
Must be 18 years of age or older
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vacation Planner to support clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences. This fully remote role is open to individuals who enjoy travel, helping others plan trips, and working independently with flexibility.
This position operates within the travel services industry and includes structured training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, and travel arrangements

Gather client preferences and provide travel-related information

Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel partners

Maintain organized records and follow established processes

Provide professional support before, during, and after travel
Qualifications

Must be 18+

Interest in travel and helping others plan trips

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently

Prior customer service or planning experience is helpful but not required
