This per diem position offers compassionate professionals a chance to work as Instructional Aides, supporting students 1:1 and in small groups to foster academic growth and positive behavior.

Location: Ringgold, Georgia (School-based setting)

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support as directed by classroom teachers and staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to pass a TB test per district guidelines
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting work

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team
