Production Associate (Milner)
TRC Talent Solutions is looking for Production Associate for our client in Milner, GA
Overview:As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the production line by handling parts and components, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Shift: M-F 6:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: 15.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and mask components onto the production line.
- Pull parts according to assembly line requests.
- Remove parts, assemble kits, and deliver them to specified departments.
- Arrange parts in racks and place racks on the conveyor belt.
- Clean metal surfaces to remove grease, dust, or contaminants for secure masking.
- Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
- Perform tasks such as bending, standing, sitting, reaching, lifting, and safely handle parts up to 50 lbs.
- Start and stop the line when necessary.
- Must be physically fit and able to bend and stand for extended periods.
- Follow detailed work instructions and support operational processes.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use proper lifting techniques and maintain safety.
