Job title: Partner Success Manager

Reports to: VP, Partner Success

Department: Relationship Management

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Grade: 18

About Priority:

Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is a leading financial technology company on a mission to deliver a personalized, easy-to-adopt financial toolset that accelerates cash flow and optimizes working capital for businesses. Our vision is to eliminate the barriers to unlocking revenue - empowering businesses to grow faster and operate smarter.

We achieve this through the Priority Commerce Engine, an innovative platform that combines payables, acquiring, and banking and treasury solutions. This unified approach allows businesses to streamline financial operations, reduce unnecessary costs, and uncover new revenue opportunities.

At Priority, we're driven by results. We expect our people to be known for results - bringing expertise, momentum, and relentless focus to every challenge, helping our clients and each other thrive.

About the Role:

As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you will focus on building long-term, strategic relationships with partners while driving growth, expansion, and innovation. You will be directly accountable for optimizing revenue, owning partner revenue targets, and proactively executing initiatives that increase partner contribution. By analyzing key performance indicators such as revenue trends, product adoption, and pipeline growth, you will lead data-driven strategic discussions. In this role, you will also collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and strategy teams to influence internal priorities and ensure alignment with partner goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Autonomously grow and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.

  • Develop & execute partnership strategy that aligns with PPS goals and initiatives.

  • Identify Partners' business needs and goals, both current and future. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, finance, engineering, legal, etc.) to proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.

  • Identify and aid in cross-selling opportunities across all PRTH products and services.

  • Establish goals in line with key initiatives, analyze partner growth, and provide quarterly reports on impact of partnership.

  • Steer actionable items and lead projects in support of partners' new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.

  • Aid in contract and pricing (re) negotiations and understand larger strategic and financial impact to Priority.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for in-person meetings with key partners, including client engagements, industry events, trade shows, and company functions as needed. This will allow our Strategic Account Managers to:

  • Foster and strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts through face-to-face interactions.

  • Deepen understanding of clients’ evolving business needs, goals, and pain points.

  • Lead high-impact business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and solution workshops.

What Success Looks Like:

Success in a Partner Success Manager (PSM) role means consistently enabling your organization and its partners to achieve mutual growth, strong collaboration, and long-term retention. It’s about being the bridge between your company and its partner network—helping partners succeed so the business succeeds.

  • Build trust and credibility through regular, proactive engagement.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact who understands each partner’s business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Develop strategic partnerships, not just transactional relationships.

  • Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools, training, and resources to effectively sell, market, and support your products or services.

  • Advocate for partners internally, influencing product, marketing, and support teams to address partner needs.

  • Align partner success metrics with your company’s objectives (e.g., revenue, market share, customer adoption).

Candidate Requirements:

Required

  • At least 3+ years of Client Management or Relationship Management experience within the Payments Industry.

  • Proven experience with Partner development and reporting.

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft client ready documents.

  • BS degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).

Preferred

  • Ability to recognize current and future partner revenue opportunities.

  • Experience tracking relevant OKR’s & KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).

  • Strong communication/presentation skills. Ability to clearly understand partner needs, and how to validate the appropriate solution.

  • Excel and thrive in a matrix environment partnering with cross-functional teams.

  • Project Management skills, with the ability to initiate and drive tasks to completion with excellent time-management and an aptitude for problem-solving.

  • Good negotiation skills – Willingness to debate difficult issues both with partners and internally on behalf of partners.

Work Environment & Culture:

We believe that performance and experience go hand in hand - an exceptional employee experience is earned through contribution. We are a results-driven team, grounded in our core values: ownership, authenticity, service, trust, innovation, and camaraderie.

Our culture is built for those who want to make an impact. We challenge each other to grow, celebrate progress, and support one another through shared goals and real connection. Whether you're building technology, serving clients, or supporting internal teams, you’ll be part of a company that empowers you to perform at your best and be known for results.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation range: $92,000 - $110,000
We invest in the whole employee - personally and professionally. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being, growth, and success - both inside and outside of work.

Financial Wellness

  • Bonus programs

  • 401(k) match

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • HSA and FSA options

  • Financial wellness resources and employee discount programs

Health & Well-being

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Mental health support for employees and dependents through Lyra Health
